Zahvaljujemo Vam na dostavljenom predlogu ugovora o zastupništvu, ali smatramo da zbog specifičnih uslova prodaje na teritoriji Jugoslavije, ponuđena visina rabata nije adekvatna, pa je potrebno da to pitanje zajednički još jednom razmotrimo.

 

Imamo takođe primedbu i na planirani obim prodaje tokom petogodišnjeg perioda jer je predviđena stopa rasta isuviše optimistička.

However, we are of the opinion that due to the specific sales circumstances on the territory of Yugoslavia, the discount rate is rather low and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss it further.

 

We also object to the planned scope of sales for the five-year period as we feel the anticipated rate of growth is too optimistic.

 

We are enclosing our amendments to your proposal which we hope will meet with your approval.
